We’re seeking SIA-licensed Door Supervisors with experience in hospitality security to work in bars, pubs, and clubs in the Bristol area. Enjoy regular Friday and Saturday shifts, paid weekly at £13 per hour, in established venues.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and screen customers at the entrance, ensuring only permitted individuals gain access.
  • Monitor and manage the behaviour of patrons to prevent disturbances or safety issues.
  • Carry out ID checks in compliance with licensing laws.
  • Patrol the venue to ensure a secure environment.
  • Diffuse conflicts and handle incidents in a calm and professional manner.
  • Escort individuals off the premises when necessary.
  • Write accurate incident reports and maintain logbooks.
  • Assist with emergency procedures, such as evacuations or first aid if required.
  • Enforce dress codes, entry policies, and intoxication rules as per venue guidelines.
Requirements
  • Provide full 5 year work history.
  • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Previous experience in security or crowd management preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
