We’re looking for professional, customer-focused SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our security team. At Bridgegate Security, we provide some of the leading security jobs in Taunton, supporting bars, venues and the wider night-time economy. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control customer entry and exit procedures
- Conduct ID checks and enforce venue policies
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
- Handle incidents and conflict situations professionally
- Work closely with venue management and team members
- Monitor crowd behaviour and support venue safety procedures

Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Previous experience within nightlife, bars, clubs, or hospitality venues preferred
