Quality Control Specialist
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily, measuring adherence to business and compliance processes across operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. Identify trends, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate with leadership on improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather information and provide specific, detailed feedback.
- Identify trends of behavior and work to provide solutions.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with leadership in verbal and written form.
- Analyze detailed documents and reports to grasp key points.
- Familiarize with tools, concepts, and methodologies of different lines of business.
- Organize and solve problems with strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Manage time, prioritize, and multitask efficiently.
- Work independently and be self‑motivated.
- Collaborate with peers and adapt to change.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of auto finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Comfortable working on site; availability weekdays 7am–4pm.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate.
- Adaptable and flexible to change.
