We are seeking a motivated individual to work in the Centralized Title Group, reviewing vehicle titles and ensuring compliance across all 50 states.

Responsibilities

  • Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure titles and supporting documentation adhere to multi‑state rules for title acceptance.
  • Partner and maintain effective communication and consistent follow‑up with acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to resolve title encumbrances and facilitate seamless transfer to DriveTime customers.
  • Adhere to internal specialized processing requirements to support inventory movement.
  • Audit and maintain the integrity of title movement through systematic updates and ensure titles and vehicles move within designated timeframes.
  • Secure and maintain title and supporting documentation to guarantee timely distribution to dealerships, auctions, vendors, and insurance companies based on vehicle disposition.
  • Use Excel‑based applications and multiple databases to support daily workflow.
  • Meet daily production expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior titles experience or a role that required high attention to detail preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly and with confidence.
  • Problem‑solving mindset; able to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Detail‑oriented; accurate record‑keeping and data integrity critical.
  • Team player who collaborates well in a high‑performance environment.
  • Reliable attendance, weekdays 7a.m.–4p.m. at the Operations Center in East Mesa.
