This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Applications business unit, providing technical consultancy, solutions architecture, and advice to both public and private sector clients while ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and implementation of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions (M365, Azure, Power Platform). Location: Glasgow and remote
Essential Job Functions:- Contributing to the design and architecture of Power Platform and wider Office 365 solutions
- Working as part of a development team to design and develop Power Platform/ Office 365 solutions
- Keeping up to date with advances in Power Platform and how these could be adopted
- Working as part of an Agile project team
- Working in a controlled manner using Azure DevOps to create a high-quality end result
- Providing 3rd line support for new and existing Power Platform and Office 365 solutions
- Collaborate with customers on any support requests or requests for information
- Contribute to the internal continuous improvement culture
- Accurately plan and estimate development work
- Comply with operational standards and guidelines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of Power Platform configuration and development
- Ability to support and understand existing systems
- A passion for technology and how it can deliver for our customers
- You are confident and articulate
- Proactive and have ability to use own initiative
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Flexible approach to time management
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure
