Service Manager – Glasgow – OUTSIDE IR35 – €220 Per day
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead operations and ensure excellence in service delivery for a major client in Scotland. This is a key leadership role, acting as the main point of contact between client teams and technical staff, while driving performance and compliance across the service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate problem-solving, requirements management, and service operations.
- Lead and supervise staff, with regular performance evaluations.
- Report on incidents, problems, risks, and projects with agreed frequency.
- Act as the primary contact for staff, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Technical Teams to deliver an accurate view of service status.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the local contract in alignment with Team Leaders.
Qualifications
- Languages: Mastery level Spanish (C2).
- Education: University degree in Technology (IT, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing teams, projects, and decision-making within a technological environment.
