2nd Line Support Analyst
Currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Analyst role based in Harrogate looking for candidates with 2nd line experience or to make progress towards a 2nd line role.
Core hours: 9 – 5pm, 9 – 3.30pm (to meet 35 hours per week)
What we are looking for:
- Previous IT experience working as a Service Desk Analyst, 1st line or 2nd line support
- Networking knowledge or experience
- Previous experience working towards a SLA
- Strong Communication Skills and ability to work with others
- ITIL Foundation or CCNA (DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
