Days/Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm)

Salary: £27,000 per annum (this salary will be pro rata'd once the successful candidate has been hired)

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Tutor to help us reach more people and ensure that no one is left behind.

This is a dynamic, community-focused role where you'll play a key part in expanding access to Recovery College courses and wider wellbeing support. You'll work with individuals and communities who may face barriers to accessing services—helping them feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to take the next step.

What You'll Do

• Co-design, plan and deliver educational activities that promote positive mental health and wellbeing
• Build trusted relationshipsacross community groups, partner organisations, and Recovery College settings
• Support individuals with engagement, enrolment, and ongoing participationin Recovery College courses
• Act as a bridge between individuals, services, and the Recovery College, ensuring people get the support that’s right for them
• Promote inclusion, equality, and accessto mental health and wellbeing opportunities
• Raise awareness of Recovery College provision and wider support services

• Experience in community engagement, outreach, or support work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, compassionate, and inclusive approach
• Confidence working with diverse communities and partner organisations
