About Bridge Support Bridge Support is a leading provider of mental health services across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, most of Essex, and Kingston. We currently employ over 250 staff, partnering strategically to support individuals with long-term mental health challenges. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our HR team. Reporting to the People & Engagement Director, you will deliver a hands-on, strategic HR service across the organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, lead HR operations, and support the HR team in delivering consistent, high-quality support aligned with our values and growth ambitions. This is a permanent, full time, on-site, position. Salary: £50,000 per annum. Some hyrbid working will be considred, post successful probation period.
