We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Underwriter to support our underwriting team in assessing risk and administering insurance policies. Key Responsibilities- Assist underwriters in evaluating insurance applications and assessing risk exposure
- Prepare and review policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals
- Liaise with brokers, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within underwriting systems
- Support the underwriting process by analysing data and producing reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and underwriting guidelines
- Handle general administrative duties related to underwriting operations
- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
