We’ve been looking after our clients for over 25 years and we’re looking to add to the team to ensure our clients have the best advice possible on hand at all times. This role is key to ensuring the team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region.
Accordingly, we’d be interested in talking to Account Handlers who are comfortable in dealing with a broad range of small and medium sized clients or Personal Lines account handlers who are looking to step up.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
- Working closely with the account executives on larger cases
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
- Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
- Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Your experience:
- You’ll have a solid grounding in commercial and with exposure to the main commercial insurance products including Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D & O, Cyber and packaged solutions
- Your skill set should include strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, relationship and stakeholder management, IT and influencing skills coupled with an eye for detail
- You should also be comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email.
