We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive / Private Client Executive to be based out of our welcoming and professional Leicester office. This position will manage and develop a portfolio of HNW and Private Client customers, delivering exceptional customer service, strong retention performance, and sustainable growth through new business and account development. The role requires a consultative approach, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their individual circumstances and evolving insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Manage and retain an allocated portfolio of private clients.
- Conduct thorough annual client reviews and identify any changes in circumstances, exposures, or insurance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, introducers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a highly personalised and professional service consistent with the expectations of HNW clients.
- Insurance & Technical Responsibilities
- Obtain and negotiate quotations from insurers and recommend the most suitable cover solutions.
- Ensure all renewals are invited, reviewed and completed within regulatory and business timescales.
- Process new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and other policy changes accurately.
- Identify gaps in cover and proactively recommend suitable protection solutions.
- Review all policy documentation for accuracy before issue.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all communications are appropriately documented.
- Support clients through the claims process and liaise with insurers as required.
- Business Development
- Achieve agreed retention, income and new business targets.
- Generate opportunities through referrals, networking and existing client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell appropriate products and services.
- Support branch and team growth strategies through proactive client engagement.
- Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty requirements and company procedures.
- Deliver positive customer outcomes and maintain high standards of file quality and record keeping.
- Support credit control activities and assist in timely collection of premiums.
- Complete all mandatory learning, training and CPD requirements.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience within Private Client, HNW or Personal Lines Insurance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Competent user of insurance systems, insurer portals and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of FCA regulations and customer outcome requirements.
Desirable
- Cert CII qualified or working towards qualification.
- Experience dealing with complex High Net Worth risks.
- Existing Acturis knowledge.
