We’re looking to add a Claims Support Technician to our team in Rawdon to ensure we provide the highest level of client care should they need to make a claim.
The day to day:
- Reviewing incoming new claims and emails with a view to extracting relevant data and information in order to add new claims to our claims system
- Correctly upload claim related emails
- Set tasks for claims advisors
- Ensure all documentation and systems are kept up to date and accurate

Your Experience:
- Your skill set should include strong Communication (Written, Verbal, Video), Negotiation, Stakeholder Management, Influencing and IT skills coupled with the ability to empathise with clients
- Good time management and ability to prioritise work
- Previous experience of insurance claims administration would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
- Knowledge of Acturis or similar broking / claims systems would be highly beneficial
