Location: Remote (with travel)
We’re delighted to be adding to our growing team with the addition of a Compliance Analyst to work alongside the compliance team. You’ll be assisting the compliance team with:
- Investigating and resolving complaints against company policies and procedures and FCA regulatory guidelines
- Helping teammates to resolve breaches / errors & omissions
- Ensuring all incidents are logged and reviewed as part of root cause analysis to look at trends.
- Assisting the team with internal & FCA reporting
- Helping manage oversight of appointed representatives and introducers
- Reviewing processes to ensure best practice is being followed and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Reviewing financial promotions to ensure compliance and that they are not misleading
Candidate requirements:
- Effective time management

- Experience in a regulated environment beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
