Level 3 Digital Marketing & AI Executive Apprenticeship

  • Duration: 18 – 24-month fixed term contract (including apprenticeship programme)

What we’re looking for: Are you creative, organised and curious about how businesses use digital marketing to engage customers and grow? HFIS is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities while studying towards a Level 3 Digital Marketing & AI Executive Apprenticeship qualification.

Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll develop practical skills in:

Some of the things you'll get up to:

  • Support the planning, delivery and reporting of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites and other digital channels.
  • Create, edit and publish content for websites, newsletters and social media.
  • Support website updates and content management activities.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and reporting.
  • Monitor social media activity and engagement.
  • Help collect and analyse marketing performance data.
  • Conduct competitor, market and customer research.
  • Support events, webinars and partnership activities.
  • Maintain marketing resources, content calendars and campaign trackers.
  • Learn how AI and emerging technologies can enhance marketing activities.
  • Work closely with teammates across the business to support marketing objectives.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop a career in marketing. You'll ideally have:

  • A genuine interest in marketing, digital media and communications.
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The confidence to ask questions and seek feedback.
  • An interest in understanding customer behaviour and digital trends.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Previous marketing experience is not required. We are looking for potential, enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.
