We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management provider, for an experienced Project Supervisor / Manager to support a major student accommodation cleaning programme across multiple sites throughout the South of England this summer. This is a fast-paced temporary contract role overseeing large-scale accommodation turnaround projects between June and September 2026. The successful candidate will manage onsite teams, coordinate operations across several locations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
The Role:
- Managing summer cleaning operations across multiple student accommodation sites
- Supervising teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors
- Monitoring quality, productivity, and project timelines
- Carrying out regular site visits and audits
- Ensuring health & safety and operational compliance standards are met
- Acting as the main point of contact for operational delivery across sites
- Supporting staffing coordination and mobilisation during peak periods
What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience within student accommodation, facilities management, hospitality, or contract cleaning
- Strong operational or project management background
- Experience managing multi-site teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Flexibility to travel across Bristol, Bath, Southampton, Brighton, and Exeter
