Job Purpose: As Content Creator, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, managing content, and maintaining client communications. Your role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of marketing projects and helping the agency meet its goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team in planning, organising, and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms for multiple clients
- Conduct ongoing research to identify marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies
- Support the additional service creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, email newsletters, award submissions etc
- Manage and update social media accounts, scheduling posts and engaging with audiences to build brand presence
- Collect, analyse, and report on marketing data, including campaign performance metrics and social media analytics
- Help coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- Maintain marketing databases, track budgets, and assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling
- Liaise with clients and external vendors to support marketing activities and maintain strong relationships
- Provide general support to the marketing department to ensure deadlines and targets are met
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English Literature, Communications, or a related field essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing systems
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content creation, and marketing principles is essential
