Our client, a leading provider of bespoke large format print and signage solutions, is looking for a Production Director to lead their production, logistics, and installation operations. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is driven by quality, efficiency, and exceptional team leadership.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the COO, the Production Director will oversee day-to-day operations across production, finishing, logistics, and installations. You\’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, ensuring high standards, and delivering complex projects on time and to spec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all production and installation activities
- Streamline scheduling, workflows, and resource allocation
- Drive quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage logistics operations including dispatch, packing, and trailer tracking
- Develop labour contingency plans and support HR planning
- Champion communication between teams to eliminate delays
- Ensure ISO compliance and implement sustainability initiatives
- Analyse operational data and develop live performance dashboards
- Lead team development with training plans and skill matrices
- Innovate with new technologies, including automated RIP software
