Role Description: Estimator – Hard FM Services
Are you a driven Estimator with a track record in hard services across commercial and industrial sites? Our client, a well‑established facilities management provider, is looking for an Estimator to join their team and play a key role in pricing and winning high‑value contracts.
The company delivers integrated hard service solutions to a diverse client base, with a strong reputation for technical expertise and long‑term partnerships. You’ll be joining a collaborative, professional team where your insight on cost, risk and value will directly influence growth.
The role includes:
- Preparing detailed estimates and cost plans for hard services (mechanical, electrical, building fabric).
- Analysing tender documentation, specifications and drawings to identify risks, opportunities and value‑engineering options.
- Working closely with operations, engineering and commercial teams to build robust bids and proposals.
- Leading pricing for new business and renewals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and margin protection.
- Supporting client meetings, presentations and clarifications as the commercial subject‑matter expert.
About you:
- Strong background in facilities management or building services, with clear experience estimating hard services.
- Confident interpreting technical documentation, drawings and asset lists.
- Commercially astute, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
Package:
