Our client is a creative production partner specialising in live events, exhibitions, and branded spaces across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Graphics Project Manager to join the team and oversee projects from initial brief through to final installation. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisation, communication, and project coordination skills within a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

  • Manage graphics and production projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, design teams, print production, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required standard.
  • The role involves client management, scheduling, artwork coordination, production tracking, supplier coordination, installation planning, and commercial administration.
  • You will also support live event installations and attend client meetings or project sites where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial brief through to delivery and installation.
  • Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, approvals, production requirements, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate teams across design, print production, manufacturing, logistics, and installation.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and support live event installations where required.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, organisers, agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and provide regular project updates.
  • Manage expectations around timelines, approvals, costs, and delivery requirements.
  • Work closely with design and artwork teams to manage deadlines, proofing, approvals, and sign-offs.
  • Ensure print files, production specifications, finishing details, and installation requirements are accurate.
  • Liaise with print production, manufacturing, and logistics teams to manage output, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, monitor project budgets, and identify cost risks early.
  • Raise purchase orders and support invoicing, cost tracking, and reconciliation processes.
  • Protect project margins while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
  • Coordinate installation planning including RAMS, site access, delivery schedules, and team briefings.
  • Attend site where required to support installations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure completed work reflects agreed briefs and company standards.
  • Contribute ideas to improve quality, communication, efficiency, and project processes.
  • Support sustainable production practices including reuse, recycling, and responsible material choices.
