We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management provider, for an experienced Project Supervisor / Manager to support a major student accommodation cleaning programme across multiple sites throughout the South of England this summer.

This is a fast-paced temporary contract role overseeing large-scale accommodation turnaround projects between June and September 2026. The successful candidate will manage onsite teams, coordinate operations across several locations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The Role:

  • Managing summer cleaning operations across multiple student accommodation sites
  • Supervising teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring quality, productivity, and project timelines
  • Carrying out regular site visits and audits
  • Ensuring health & safety and operational compliance standards are met
  • Acting as the main point of contact for operational delivery across sites
  • Supporting staffing coordination and mobilisation during peak periods

What They're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within student accommodation, facilities management, hospitality, or contract cleaning
  • Strong operational or project management background
  • Experience managing multi-site teams in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Flexibility to travel across Bristol, Bath, Southampton, Brighton, and Exeter
