We are partnering with a dynamic and growing exhibitions business looking for a confident, proactive Sales Executive to join their SPACES division. This isn’t just another sales desk role. You’ll be selling exhibition space and bespoke stand solutions - working closely with design, operations, and senior leadership to bring brands to life at live events across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively prospecting potential exhibitors via phone, email and CRM lead lists
  • Qualifying budgets, timelines and decision-makers
  • Managing leads and updating CRM & Smartsheet accurately
  • Handling inbound exhibitor enquiries and converting them into bookings
  • Following up with previous exhibitors to secure repeat business
  • Booking qualified appointments for senior team members
  • Preparing and submitting stand proposals including visuals & pricing
  • Working with the in-house design team on bespoke stand briefs
  • Supporting contract admin, onboarding and exhibitor documentation
  • Attending site build-ups and live shows when required
  • Driving on-site re-bookings and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Conducting post-show evaluations to improve the exhibitor journey

You’ll also contribute to maintaining ISO and ESSA standards and ensuring Health & Safety compliance on projects.

  • Highly organised and comfortable using CRM systems
