We are partnering with a dynamic and growing exhibitions business looking for a confident, proactive Sales Executive to join their SPACES division. This isn’t just another sales desk role. You’ll be selling exhibition space and bespoke stand solutions - working closely with design, operations, and senior leadership to bring brands to life at live events across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively prospecting potential exhibitors via phone, email and CRM lead lists
- Qualifying budgets, timelines and decision-makers
- Managing leads and updating CRM & Smartsheet accurately
- Handling inbound exhibitor enquiries and converting them into bookings
- Following up with previous exhibitors to secure repeat business
- Booking qualified appointments for senior team members
- Preparing and submitting stand proposals including visuals & pricing
- Working with the in-house design team on bespoke stand briefs
- Supporting contract admin, onboarding and exhibitor documentation
- Attending site build-ups and live shows when required
- Driving on-site re-bookings and identifying new sales opportunities
- Conducting post-show evaluations to improve the exhibitor journey
You’ll also contribute to maintaining ISO and ESSA standards and ensuring Health & Safety compliance on projects.

- Sales experience (events, media, exhibitions or B2B ideal but not essential)
- Confident making outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries
- Highly organised and comfortable using CRM systems
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
