Our client is looking for a hands-on, people-first Account Lead to take charge of a prestigious contract in the heart of London - right next to Paddington Station, with excellent transport links.

This is a site-based role, Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week (typically 08:00-17:00). Flexibility is key, as occasional evening cover may be required.

You will be responsible for managing a £2M contract, overseeing a team of around 30 staff, and ensuring operational excellence across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of daily office cleaning, window cleaning, waste management, and external cleaning services.
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting with a sharp commercial focus.
  • Drive health & safety standards across all operations.
  • Inspire and support your team with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the client, getting involved in staff activities and social events to foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.
  • Line manage an Operations Manager, ensuring all KPIs and service levels are met or exceeded.
