Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:
- Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively by managing, directing and training warehouse employees.
- Establish, monitor and manage operational goals.
- Be fully aware of all warehouses operational systems and procedures to ensure goods are correct when receipted in, when within the warehouse and when picked for deliveries/collections.
- Investigate, resolve and/or report problems as they arise.
- Allocate and manage staff resources effectively.
