Salary: £32,183.42 per year

Hours: Alternate shifts are 8am 5.30pm, then 8.30am 6pm

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their ever expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Team Leader:

  • Support and monitor a POD of CSOs to carry out works to the highest standard
  • Handle and facilitate calls, to deliver The Perfect Repair
  • Resource Staffing Rotas
  • Develop staff morale, to promote an enthusiastic and committed team
  • Ongoing training and development of your team, to ensure continuous improvement (i.e. Mentoring, buddying and regular 1-to-1s) and regular reviews
