Bridge Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Housing Income Manager to join a leading housing organisation during an exciting period of transformation within the Income Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven problem solver with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about performance, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement.

As Housing Income Manager, you will lead a team of 5-10 income professionals. You will take ownership of high-level arrears cases, drive performance, and work collaboratively across teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

The role:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing income recovery team
  • Manage arrears cases from early intervention through to enforcement
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Use data and insight to improve service delivery and performance
