Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join their ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Housing Lead

  • Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
  • You will be key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and making sure that residents have a home that theyre happy in.
  • Youll be the primary relationship holder with the residents living in homes on your patch.

Patches are being designed to align with local authority areas and are expected to cover around (Apply online only) homes.

Requirements of the Neighbourhood Housing Lead

  • You should have a proven track record of building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
  • Youll be able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination. Youll have a can-do attitude and be motivated by keeping promises to residents.
  • Youll be willing to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the very best outcomes for residents.
  • Youll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management is also key to this role and an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
  • Have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Have a valid licence and access to a car for work use.
