The Role: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service
- Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS)
- Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks
- Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations
You Need:
- 3+ years in a similar maintenance role
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher)
- Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing
- IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial)
- L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable)
