Coordinator
- Support project and commercial teams with administration.
- Maintain project documents, schedules, databases, and trackers.
- Prepare project documents, job packs, RAMS, and reports.
- Update systems with project progress and key information.
- Maintain organised filing systems.
- Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and general administration.
- Assist with quotations for electrical distribution systems.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Prepare BOMs and pricing schedules under supervision.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
- Maintain quotation records and pricing databases.
- Support tender submissions and ensure timely, accurate completion.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide updates on quotations, schedules, and deliveries.
- Log and follow up customer requests.
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist with technical and commercial enquiries.
