Role Responsibilities

Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence for Private Client matters (Wills, Probate, LPAs)
Audio/digital dictation typing to produce accurate documentation
Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Diary management and scheduling appointments efficiently
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face
Assist with billing and general administrative tasks

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a Private Client or legal secretarial role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Experience with digital dictation software
