Our client, a highly regarded boutique legal practice in Kent, is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their growing team. Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence for Private Client matters (Wills, Probate, LPAs)
- Audio/digital dictation typing to produce accurate documentation
- Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Diary management and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Assist with billing and general administrative tasks
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a Private Client or legal secretarial role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Experience with digital dictation software
