Our respected client in the social housing sector is currently seeking a Plumber/ Multi-Trade Operative to join its dedicated Repairs Team. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality repair and maintenance work across a variety of trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of repairs including: damp & mould work, carpentry, plumbing, drainage, plastering, tiling, glazing, floor laying, painting/decorating, kitchen & bathroom installations, and more.
- Strive for first-time-fix outcomes to improve the resident experience.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a responsive, resident-focused team.
- Plan and organise your workload effectively using modern systems and equipment.
- Maintain vehicle stock and tools, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Positively represent the organisation in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience across multiple trades within a housing or property maintenance environment.
