Responsibilities of the
Industrial
Manager
- Lead digital transformation using Io T, AI, automation, and data analytics.
- Implement smart factory, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring solutions.
- Develop digital twins and simulation models to optimize processes.
- Lead new product industrialization from R D to production.
- Define manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly methods with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize process flows, work instructions, and production layouts.
- Manage CAD-CAM integration and design-to-production workflows.
- Optimize CNC programming, tooling, and automation.
- Improve manufacturability and cost efficiency with engineering teams.
- Maintain the CAD environment (RADAN or equivalent).
- Lead the CAD/Special Projects department, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage manufacturing databases for production and quality tracking.
- Integrate ERP, MES, and PLM systems.
- Use data analytics and AI to improve planning and decision-making.
- Lead automation, efficiency, and sustainability projects.
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders on process improvements.
- Develop and implement site-wide productivity and continuous improvement strategies.
- Improve efficiency through process optimization, waste reduction, and data analysis.
- Promote Lean methodologies, standardization, and a continuous improvement culture.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report progress to senior management.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to sustain improvements.
- Support tooling audits and optimize tooling asset management with Purchasing.
- Promote our clients core values and Code of Ethics.
Requirements of the
Industrial
Manager
- Bachelors or masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial management, Industry 4.0, or digital manufacturing.
- Expertise in smart factory technologies, Io T, AI, and automation.
- Proficiency in CAD-CAM software (e. g., Siemens NX, CATIA, Solid Works, Mastercam).
- Strong knowledge of ERP, MES, PLM, and database management systems.
- Experience in New Product Industrialization (NPI) and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex industrial projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
