Marketing Communications Executive - Publications & PR
Birmingham (with travel to UK & Ireland, company/supplier/customer/show venues as required)
Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to GBP35,000
We are working alongside a reputable Manufacturing company in seeking a Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, internal agency-style environment supporting multiple business units across the UK and Ireland. Your focus will be on creating engaging editorial and marketing content that connects with our audiences and strengthens our brand presence.
Key Duties:
Manage the end-to-end production of printed marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, newsletters, and direct mail.
Collaborate with our PR agency to deliver press releases, articles, white papers, guides, and more.
Identify and pursue new PR and content opportunities, including news articles, case studies, and social media content.
Develop and update website content aligned with marketing strategy.
Create internal designs such as banners, flyers, and branded stationery.
Support HR with internal communications and campaigns, including CSR initiatives.

Proven copywriting ability across various communication channels.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
Self-motivated and adaptable to manage multiple, fast-moving projects.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
High level of integrity and discretion.
Passionate about marketing and communications.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Degree educated or holding a relevant marketing qualification.
Full UK driving licence required.
Desirable Extras:
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms.
