THE ROLE:
As Head of Production Services, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will be instrumental in underpinning the next phase of exciting business growth. This role requires a strategic, whilst involved leader to oversee Production Services, optimise workflow efficiency, and ensure exceptional client service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Production Services function, ensuring seamless coordination of all jobs from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement best-in-class policies, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
- Oversee project management, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and transparent, proactive reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Production Services team, nurturing talent and driving high performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across divisions to ensure optimal workflow and customer satisfaction.
