Location: Nationwide (Office based in SE London)

Salary: GBP450 a week + Overtime and Shift Allowance

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 2pm.

Bridge Recruitment are proud to be assisting one of our established clients who are recruiting for an experienced Delivery Driver to join their ever-expanding team. You will be driving up to 7.5 tonne vehicles.

Responsibilities of the Delivery Driver:

  • Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in full, with a strong emphasis on punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • You are not just delivering goods; you are delivering service!

Requirements of the Delivery Driver:

  • Category C1, endorsement-free valid UK driving licence
  • Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • Forklift licence and ability to operate forklift and other equipment used in warehouse operations
  • A courteous and professional demeanor at all times
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive experience at every point of contact
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues swiftly
  • A proactive approach to keep management informed at all stages while executing your role while offsite
  • High attention and adherence to safety and company protocols while operating delivery vehicles
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Effective and collaborative team player
  • Prepared to listen and learn from others
