We're working with a well-established professional services organisation that's looking for an experienced Accounts professional to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied finance role, combining purchase ledger and cashiering responsibilities within a busy, collaborative environment. What you’ll be doing

  • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate ledger posting
  • Running weekly payment cycles and managing approvals
  • Resolving invoice and payment queries with suppliers and internal teams
  • Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Supporting credit control and employee expenses
  • Handling cashiering duties including postings, transfers, write-offs, and billing adjustments
  • Processing online banking transactions and reconciliations
  • Supporting audits, reporting, and ad-hoc finance tasks
