Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer to join their ever-expanding team. You will be working closely with your Line Supervisor and co-workers, attending and assisting with jobs across several contracts. This will include responsive breakdowns/repairs and quoted works.
Responsibility of the Commercial Heating Engineer:
- Working within a Communal Heating Boiler House.
- To be able to Isolate, drain & refill/vent a Communal Heating & HWS System.
- To be able to undertake the installation of radiators & associated valves.
- Installation of Communal Heating Pipework & Associated Fittings.
- To Assist a Communal Gas Engineer.
- To Assist a Boosted Water Pump Engineer, as required.
Requirements of the Commercial Heating Engineer:
- 5 years experience within similar position.
- Must have NVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent.
- Work well as part of a team and own initiative.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Max 6 points).
