Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP58,000 per year, DoE
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm. Fridays 9am - 3pm.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients to recruit an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join their ever-expanding team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, production and sales.
Responsibilities of the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager:
- Motivate and lead a team of production and transport planners in an inspiring manner
- Structure supply chain activities to achieve optimal:
- Delivery reliability and lead time within the factory
- Inventory levels and inventory accuracy
- Production and assembly order processing
- Transport planning
- Factory utilization
Requirements of the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from purchasing to distribution
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Proven track record in implementing supply chain improvements and cost savings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain software, and analytical tools is a plus
- Flexible and stress-resistant mindset
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
