About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for three experienced housing professionals to join a busy Housing Management team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent resident services, building strong community relationships, and driving positive outcomes for residents. As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will manage a designated patch of approximately (Apply online only) homes, acting as the primary point of contact for residents and ensuring a consistent, high-quality housing management service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Housing Management team in delivering a reliable, consistent, and customer-focused service.
- Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
- Improve resident satisfaction and trust through proactive engagement.
- Act as the main relationship holder for residents within your allocated patch.
- Resolve tenancy and neighbourhood issues effectively and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
- Manage a varied and complex caseload while meeting key deadlines and service standards.
