Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Alliances Manager to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Alliances Manager
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships for cooling with AI and HPC providers such as Dell, HPE, Super Micro, Nvidia etc.
- Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with key stakeholders across Europe.
- Identify and develop joint value propositions, co-selling opportunities, and integrated solutions offerings to drive mutual business growth.
- Support the development of regional go-to-market strategies and partner enablement programs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Data Centre cooling technologies, AI workloads and HPC infrastructure trends.
- Co-organize events, webinars, and campaigns with alliance partners to generate leads and build awareness.
- Collaborate with the LDCS sales team, sales engineers, and project teams to ensure partner solutions are well-integrated and aligned with client requirements.
Requirements of the Alliances Manager
- 3+ years of experience in business development, alliance management, or partner sales in the Data Centre, AI, or HPC infrastructure space.
- Proven track record of managing strategic alliances with OEMs, AI solution providers, or hyperscalers.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Data Centre cooling, thermal management, and high-density compute environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
