Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative: The Warehouse Operative is responsible for accurately picking, packing, checking, labelling, and preparing customer orders while ensuring goods leave the business right first time, on time, in full, and with zero defects. The role supports the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse by using the company software system for key information, maintaining accurate stock records, following quality control processes, and ensuring the working area remains safe, tidy, and well organised. You must have a strong solid manufacturing/engineering background.
