Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Training Coordinator to join their ever expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Training Coordinator:
- Creation and implementation of relevant in-house training programmes and resources for our site colleagues.
- Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities.
- Carry out needs assessments in order to identify knowledge gaps and areas in need of improvement.
- Providing vital information about training sessions and informing personnel about available training.
- Liaising with the leadership team to create annual training plans and supporting with budget planning relating to this.
- Researching and recommending new training techniques to HR, creating the curriculum and updating it to reflect developments within the industry.
- Ordering training supplies and materials to enhance the instruction programme.
- Ability to complete training cycles (plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate feedback).
- Strong work ethic, focused on maximising efficiencies within the role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams.
- An understanding of reporting requirements and experience in providing accurate data.
