Bridge Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a busy and growing engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on interesting and varied engineering projects using modern equipment within a well-established workshop environment. Training will be provided for the CNC Brake Press where required.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Relevant workshop experience, ideally within a precision sheet metal or plate environment working to tight tolerances
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • General engineering workshop knowledge
  • Experience working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
  • CNC Brake Press experience desirable (training provided)
  • TIG and MIG welding experience advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ideally time served
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive pay: up to £18 per hour

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
  • Friday: 07:30 - 14:00
Annual Leave
  • 20 days holiday during the first year of service
  • Increasing to 25 days thereafter
  • Bank holidays in addition
