Wills & Estate Planning
Probate & Administration of Estates
Trusts & Trust Administration
Inheritance Tax Planning
LPAs, Court of Protection & Deputyships
Charity and Care Fee Planning
Requirements:
Strong private client experience, especially wills, estates, trusts, and tax
Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent client care and communication skills
Well-organised, professional, and proactive
Desirable:
STEP qualified or studying towards it (support provided)
