Salary: Starting salary is £27,271.40

Hours: 8am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Planner to join their ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Planner:

  • Effectively planning engineers' work
  • Take ownership of your engineers' daily workload
  • Inbound calls from the engineers on the dedicated Engineer Line
  • Monitor engineers are ready for work and dispatch unallocated works
  • Check previous day has no outstanding works
  • Ensure all works are planned and completed within the contracts SLA
  • Managing the Action Lists that Planners are responsible for
  • Scheduling appointments with customers
  • Proactively work towards the reduction of incoming complaints
  • In the event of absence, manage and monitor any changes to works scheduled
  • Keeping customers informed and updated
  • Support all team members in all tasks
  • Ensure all daily tasks are completed
