Location: Cheam

Salary: £32,183.42 per year

Hours: Alternate shifts are 8am - 5.30pm, then 8.30am - 6pm

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their ever expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Team Leader:

  • Support and monitor a POD of CSOs to carry out works to the highest standard
  • Handle and facilitate calls, to deliver The Perfect Repair
  • Resource Staffing Rotas
  • Develop staff morale, to promote an enthusiastic and committed team
  • Ongoing training and development of your team, to ensure continuous improvement (i.e. Mentoring, buddying and regular 1-to-1s) and regular reviews
  • Manage call escalation
  • Maintain excellent communication within your team
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support and assist with any payroll queries
  • Provide our Gas Management team with support, where required

Requirements of the Team Leader:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to proactively train and mentor others
  • Innovative whilst working within agreed structure
  • Demonstrates situational leadership
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Committed to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Maintain an efficient, professional, proactive attitude at all times
  • Trustworthy and able to promote a confidential environment
