Bridge Recruitment are proud to be assisting one of our established clients who are recruiting for an experienced Delivery Driver to join their ever-expanding team. You will be driving up to 7.5 tonne vehicles.
Responsibilities of the Delivery Driver:
- Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in full, with a strong emphasis on punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- You are not just delivering goods; you are delivering service!
Requirements of the Delivery Driver:
- Category C1, endorsement-free valid UK driving licence
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Forklift licence and ability to operate forklift and other equipment used in warehouse operations
- A courteous and professional demeanor at all times
- Serve as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive experience at every point of contact
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues swiftly
- A proactive approach to keep management informed at all stages while executing your role while offsite
- High attention and adherence to safety and company protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Good relationship building skills
- Effective and collaborative team player
- Prepared to listen and learn from others
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to priorities the business needs
