Bridge Recruitment are currently working with a well-established legal practice located in Romford who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
This role has potential to be extended to full-time if you also have Probate and Wills experience.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy legal environment.
