Bridge Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Telecare Field Technician to support a key telecare service upgrade across the Trafford area. This is a mobile, field-based role, working across various locations including customers' homes and residential estates, with occasional office attendance as required.

You will be responsible for visiting customers to install and replace telecare equipment as part of a digital upgrade programme. You will manage your own schedule, coordinate appointments, and provide reassurance and support to customers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and replace telecare equipment (full training provided)
  • Manage your own diary and customer appointments
  • Travel between properties using a company vehicle
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate records
