We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with experience in new build apartments and multi-site management who can manage one site in Acton and one site in Willesden Green.
The Acton site will be completed in August 2025, consisting of 88 apartments with a project value of £15M.
The Willesden site will run for 10 months starting in January, consisting of 50 apartments with a project value of £6M.
You will manage 8 subcontractors and oversee 5 individuals who are assistant site managers.
